You want more.

A nourishing, vibrant life, one rich with meaning.

What's important to you now? Less stress and better health and wellness? Purposeful work? More creativity? Manageable work/life balance? Loving relationships?

If any of these are true for you, join me for a complimentary experiential coaching session.

With a coach by your side, the journey is more successful – and more fun – than going it alone. I'll help you gain clarity, razor-sharp focus, supporting you through the good, the bad and the bumpy to build momentum towards a life that is uniquely yours.

I believe passionately that we are more than we appear to be on the surface, that we have the power to heal and transform our lives by tapping into our creative resourcefulness, curiosity and whole body intelligence.

I am  a workshop facilitator/trainer, a certified professional life coach (CPCC) and arts educator. I hold an M.F.A. and M.A., taught drama at the La Guardia High School for Music + Art and the Performing Arts (the Fame school), was a workshop facilitator for The Kennedy Center, a teaching artist in NYC and a Lecturer at City University of New York and New York University. Currently, combining my work as a coach, facilitator, and trainer, I work within the educational, social services and business spaces to help people see and access more of who they are and what they can do, for greater fulfillment and personal expression.

Take A Breather !

a new workshop

NYC,  June 11th

From the International Coach Federation:

"Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future."
